friendly foreigners

We have a new Austrian exchange student working with us, and he says things like:

"Nice to meet you. My name is Joseph. You look like you like drinking. Do you want to come out for a drink?"

and

"Good morning to you too. I am well, except my legs still feel wobbly from drinking last night, but my head feels alright."

and

"Yeah, drinks!"
