I'm still struggling with these 5:30am starts. For most of this week I was feeling pretty good. No 10pm basketball games, a roster day on Monday. I'd been able to get to bed before 9:30pm every night... then there was last night. I'd "organised" to pick a friend up from the airport, however she didn't think that giving me the flight number, airline, or departure point of the flight were all that important, and for some reason, it didn't occur to me that asking for all of these details would be a good idea. I did, however, know that the plane was to arrive at 9:40pm...
End result was that I did not get enough sleep. Oh well, weekend coming up...

I wake up at 5.30 as well and I go all the way to the gong !
But then again you get home before I do ><;; And you get the roster days..
Then again I get the odd sick days and I can always rely on CityRail to get me in to work late :D
Hehe, I suppose I exaggerated a little by saying 5:30am. I started off getting up at 5:30am, but I've now improved my "getting ready to leave" efficiency and I'm down to getting out of bed, getting changed, eating breakfast and brushing my teeth in 10 minutes. That means I can now get out of bed at 6:00am, though I still set my alarm for 5:30am and just push the snooze button for half-an-hour.
Roster days are awesome, I had another one yesterday and got heaps of stuff done, so I just bummed around on the computer for most of today. I guess that wasn't so awesome... oh well.

Bumming around the computer is all I wish I can ever do and do most of the time!
